Biologics registration system
The Biochemfusion demonstration database lets you register, search, and update modified proteins. A number of the proteins have associated experimental values and you can create protein SAR tables from those.

Server hardware
The demo server is a small fitPC2i server that consumes a maximum of 8 Watts. This provides plenty of horsepower since Proteax neither consumes much RAM nor CPU. The server runs Ubuntu 10.04 server with a PostgreSQL 9.0.4 database with the Proteax postgres cartridge and the RDKit pg cartridge.
