A scriptable protein function library

Proteax Desktop is a version of the Proteax function library that can be loaded by any application capable of using a shared library or Windows DLL.

A Python wrapper enables the use of Proteax functions directly within Python scripts. Limited support for PostgreSQL databases has proven possible via the use of this python-wrapper. Licensed end-users may request C header files by contacting support.

Proteax Desktop comes bundled with Proteax for Spreadsheets as it is used as the foundation for the spreadsheet integration. Although Proteax for Spreadsheets is currently only available on 32-bit Windows Proteax Desktop is supported on both 32- and 64-bit Windows® and Linux®. To learn more about platform availability please contact Biochemfusion.
